Based on the National Occupational Standards for Management and Leadership, the Certificate in Team Leading is accredited at Level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework in England, Wales and N Ireland, and is positioned at Level 5 on the Scottish Qualifications Framework.           Admissions Duration January, May and September 6 months           Course Structure     To achieve the Certificate in Team Leading, you will need to successfully complete all 7 units:     Core Units     Self-development Communicating effectively Organise and improve your team’s work Organise your team’s resources Develop effective working relationships Help team members improve their performance Resolve customer service issues     Entry Requirements There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification.
