  Introduction  
  This qualification is designed for people who have operational or line management responsibility for a small team. Based on the National Occupational Standards for Management and Leadership, the Certificate in Team Leading is accredited at Level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework in England, Wales and N Ireland, and is positioned at Level 5 on the Scottish Qualifications Framework.

Communicating effectively
Organise and improve your team’s work
Organise your team’s resources
Develop effective working relationships
Help team members improve their performance
Resolve customer service issues
   
Entry Requirements
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification. However, candidates are likely to be working in, or have just started, a team leading role.
 
Progression Route
Upon successful completion of the Certificate in Team Leading, the following progression options become available:
Join the Institute as an Affiliate, providing you with access to a vast array of development and
