  Description  
  A Call Centre Management Training Programme is a once in a lifetime opportunity for any student wanting to further their career in this rapidly expanding industry. It is a chance to gain the skills, knowledge and professional training which will greatly improve your job prospects whether you decide to return to your home country or stay in the UK.  
  The qualification provides the opportunity to explore the different types of contact centres and to develop skills to deal with customers/clients; provides the specialist skills needed by contact centre and call handling operators in a range of business environments. It also enables candidates to develop their IT skills and to appreciate the importance of their individual performance in the contact centre.  
  Candidates will explore the uses of targets and performance monitoring tools and will develop themselves sufficiently to work in a contact centre environment. Candidates will also develop their communication skills and learn to work effectively as a member of a team. They will develop the skills needed to manage time, resolve problems and deal with customer complaints  
     
  Target Group  
  This qualification is ideal preparation for those who are interested in taking up a career in a call handling environment.  
     
  Course Structure  
  This is a full time course of 12 months, out of which students are required to work at least 3 months on a project as part of their work based learning.  
  The course comprises of the following courses:  
 
Contact centre Techniques – Level 1 (NCFE)
National Award in Customer Care – Level 1 (NCFE)
Contact Centre Techniques – Level 2 (NCFE)
Communication – Level 3 (NCFE)
Information and Communication Technology – Level 3 (NCFE)
Communication – Level 4 (NCFE)
Working with others – Level 4 (NCFE)
Final Project
 

Assessment

The theoretical assignments will be done by NCFE National Awarding Body, and the Final project will be assessed by the Middlesex College through work based learning outcomes.
