Application
Procedure |
|
| |
The
application
procedure of
Middlesex
College is
fairly
simple and
straight
forward. The
steps
involved are
as follows: |

| |
 |
Complete
an
online
application
form and
submit
it to
our
international
office
(or) |
| |
 |
Mail,
Fax a
duly
completed
paper
form to
our
international
admission
office |
| |
 |
Make
sure you
attach
all
supporting
documents |
| |
 |
Include
most
recent
passport
photograph |
| |
 |
Provide
evidence
of your
English
Language
proficiency |
| |
 |
Submit
your non
refundable
application
fees |
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
You may
either
choose to
scan and
send all
these
documents
online to
our
international
admission
office
alternatively
you may post
the same or
meet one of
our friendly
counsellors
in your
area. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Once we are
satisfied
about your
eligibility
and
suitability
to pursue
the
programme
for which
you are
applying, we
will send
you an offer
of place
along with
an
acceptance
form. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
You will be
required to
sign the
acceptance
form and
return to us
either
online or
through one
of our
authorised
representative
in your
area. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
At this
point of
time you
will be
required to
submit your
fees for the
first year
(Please see
conditions
of payment).
These fees
are
refundable
in case of
your visa
denial.
Please refer
to our
“Conditions
of Payment”.
If you are
overseas and
applying
through one
of our
representatives,
you can
submit a
draft of
your fees to
our
representatives’
office that
should be in
the name of
“Middlesex
College,
UK”. We do
not accept
cash or
personal
cheques. |

Following
the receipt
of your
acceptance
of offer and
proof of fee
payment, we
will issue
you an
UNCONDITIONAL
LETTER OF
ACCEPTANCE
for your
entry
clearance. |
|

|
|
| |
Conditions
of Payments |

| |
 |
All
international
students
are
required
to pay a
deposit
of 40%
for
their
course,
include
£250 |
| |
|
registration
fee, no
later
than 3
months
prior to
the
course
start
date. |
| |
 |
This
deposit
is
non-transferable
from one
term/year
to
another
and can
only be
refunded
if his/her |
| |
|
student
visa or
entry
clearance
is
denied.
Refunds
are
subject
to £300
administration
charge. |
| |
 |
In order
to
obtain a
refund,
the
student
must
provide
proof in
the form
of a
refusal
notice
from |
| |
|
a
British
Embassy
or
British
High
Commission. |
| |
 |
The
second
payment
of 60%
of the
first
year’s
fee must
be paid
on
enrolment. |
| |
 |
No
refunds
will be
given
after a
course/programme
of study
has
started
unless a
course
is
discontinued |
| |
|
and no
suitable
alternative
is
available. |
| |
 |
Students
must pay
a £300
Refundable
Deposit
if they
require
home
stay or
private
rented
|
| |
|
accommodation. |
| |
 |
Deposits
are
returned
when a
student
leaves a
host
family
or
private
room on
condition
that
there
are |
| |
|
no
outstanding
payments
or
problems. |
| |
 |
A
deposit
of 20%
of the
second
year’s
fee will
be
required
on
re-enrolment,
which
takes
place at
the |

|
end of
the 1st
year
programme,
with the
balance
of the
second
year’s
fee
being
paid at
enrolment. |

Failure
to pay
in full
for
course
may
result
in debt
collection
procedures
being
instigated. |

Student
Acceptance
Conditions |

 |
The
college
cannot
accept
responsibility
for
arrangements
made, or
information
given,
by third
parties. |
| |
 |
Any
offer of
a place
is based
upon
information
provided
at
application,
and may
be
withdrawn
if |
| |
|
material
omissions
or
inaccuracies
are
subsequently
discovered. |
| |
 |
In the
case of
a place
being
offered
when
students
cannot
be
interviewed
beforehand,
the
college
may |
| |
|
later
advise
the
student,
entirely
at its
own
discretion,
to
transfer
to an
alternative
course. |
| |
 |
If a
student’s
language
skills
are
deemed
to be
insufficient
to
enable
the
student
to
follow
their
chosen |
| |
|
course
successfully,
s/he
will be
placed
on an
alternative
course.
If
qualifications
or
skills
are
discovered
not to
be
genuine,
a place
on a
course
may be
cancelled;
an
alternative
course
may be
offered,
entirely
at the
discretion
of
Middlesex
College™. |

enable
him/her

hospitals,
clinics
and

Insurance
Number
and
other
information
to help
his/her
studies |

A full
briefing
on
his/her
course,
tutors
and the

requirements
of
his/her
course,

to

confirm

to

whether
